Welcome to the Statin Quo Website.

The band was formed in 2006 in Purley. All quo fans, having played in bands in
the area, decided it was time that a tribute be made to one of Purley?s most
celebrated residents. Carl (Rick Parffit in the band), a long time next door
neighbour and good friend of Francis Rossi, was so inspired that He sought the
services of local musicians Dave (guitar), Mike(Bass) and Bill (Drums) to get
the band off the ground.

 



 
Carl has jammed with Francis on numerous occasions over the past 25 years and
has got the thumbs up from the great man himself to pursue this project. The
dedication the Band members have shown is evident when looking at the Reviews.
They have invested a great detail to emulate the look and sound of the original
Quo and this is what gives Statin? Quo the edge. They are a band to be seen and
heard live with their raw energy sure to get any venue rocking to the great
sounds of Quo!
